Controlled, Compliant and Cleaned Up After
Demolition services in Adelaide are about control, not brute force. Knocking a structure down is the easy part — doing it without damaging the fence, the neighbour's shed or a live gas line, dealing with asbestos correctly if it turns up, and getting every last bit of material off the block is what the job actually involves.
We handle residential and light commercial demolition across the metro area: old garages, carports and sheds, verandahs and pergolas, disused outbuildings, failing masonry walls, redundant pools, interior strip-outs ahead of a renovation, and full site clearances back to bare ground. Services are disconnected properly before anything comes down, hazardous materials are identified and handled by licensed specialists, dust is kept under control, and material is sorted so concrete, brick and steel go to recycling instead of landfill. Because we also do the earthworks and the concreting, the block can go straight from demolition to a level, compacted site ready for your new build.
Our Demolition Process
1. Inspection & Permits
We assess the structure, identify hazardous materials, confirm what approvals or council notifications are required, and plan the sequence of works.
2. Service Disconnection & Protection
Power, water, gas and stormwater are disconnected by the right people, and fencing, screening and protection go up around neighbouring property.
3. Controlled Demolition
The structure comes down in a planned order using excavator attachments and hand tools, with dust suppression running throughout.
4. Sorting, Cartage & Clean-Up
Material is sorted for recycling where possible, carted off site, and the block is raked over and left clean and safe.
What We Demolish
Most residential demolition jobs are finished within a few days, including cartage. Larger clearances are staged so the site stays safe and accessible throughout.
Garages & Sheds
Old garages, carports, sheds and lean-tos demolished and removed, slab included if it's going too.
Outbuildings & Structures
Pergolas, verandahs, decks, chicken sheds and disused outbuildings cleared off the block.
Interior Strip-Outs
Soft-strip demolition for renovations — kitchens, bathrooms, wall linings and floor coverings out, structure intact.
Pool Demolition
Concrete and fibreglass pools broken out or filled and compacted, depending on what you want the space to become.
Walls & Retaining
Failing masonry walls, brick fences and old retaining structures taken down safely and carted away.
Full Site Clearance
Complete clearance of a block back to bare, level ground ready for a new build.
Why Use a Licensed Demolition Crew
Demolition carries real risk — structural collapse, live services, asbestos in anything built before the late 1980s, and liability if something lands where it shouldn't. Licensed, insured operators with a plan take that risk off your shoulders.
Licensed and fully insured demolition, with the approvals and notifications handled before we start
Hazardous material identified up front and removed by licensed specialists where asbestos is present
Services properly disconnected before work begins — never cut live
Dust suppression and protective screening to keep neighbours, fences and gardens out of the firing line
Concrete, brick, steel and timber sorted and sent to recycling rather than straight to landfill
Block left level, clear and ready for the next stage, with earthworks and concreting available from the same crew
All work carried out to SafeWork SA requirements and council conditions, with asbestos removal referred to licensed removalists where it is found.
